We’ve all heard about the importance of 1) marketing your product / service as problem-solvers vs. just focusing on attributes and 2) penetrating the market at the optimal time.

Perfect real-life (and real-time, unfortunately!) example – a neighborhood teen just swung by to ask if I wanted my driveway shoveled.  “The snow is pretty heavy with this storm, don’t want anyone hurting themselves out here.”
