Here’s another great example of using every customer touch point to be remarkable and to leave an impression. A client of mine passed this along (shareable!), as he was impressed with the approach. After signing up for a press release distribution service, he received a great welcoming email noting that the company is run by actual people – actual people who will answer the phone, no less. They attached the picture below. Magnificent.
