Touch Points Are Everywhere

Great things happen when business owners and marketers step back and look at the entire customer experience. If you’re a brick-and-mortar business, the arrival process is an important one; it sets the mood for the visit and can make or break your customer’s mental state (how many times have you walked into a store pissed off because of the horrible parking situation?).

Here’s a great example from my local YMCA. They post these signs all over the large parking lot. The message not only sets the tone for a health-focused visit, but serves as motivation for the work-out-inclined to always be conscious of your efforts.
