How Social Media Is Like A Free Throw

“These are not free. These are earned.”

Those are the words used to describe free throws in a recent NBA TV spot. One could have the same sentiment towards social media marketing. I’ve heard social media referred to as “free”, at least in the financial sense. But much like free throws, the only thing free is the opportunity to do something great. Only practice, effort and consistency will lead to points on the board.
