NonProfit Is A “Hashtag Killer”

In a wonderfully creative and meaningful move, is taking the uber popular “#firstworldproblems” Twitter hashtag meme and using it for good. The organization, along with its agency, flew to Haiti and had impoverished people recite several tweets that use the hashtag. This is all in an attempt to use the popularity (as ridiculous as it may be) of the joke hashtag to highlight a very real problem facing many of our world’s inhabitants – lack of access to clean drinking water.
