My friend, a super talented DJ in Miami, tweeted this morning about how Mitt Romney must “own L.L. Bean”, given his choice of apparel. Within minutes he received the following tweet, which he then retweeted:

Now we see the real power of social media – the ability to surprise and delight in real-time, all in unplanned and very “every day” conversation mode. This is also how brands establish themselves as human.
