Once you get over the hump of building your email subscriber list, then creating and consistently delivering mind-blowing content, you’ll eventually arrive at your next conundrum – list cleaning. One aspect of proper list hygiene is addressing those subscribers who simply don’t read or click through your emails. Are they still alive? Do they care anymore? Are they simply hitting “delete” every time an email comes through but never unsubscribing?

Then you have clear call-to-action buttons (remember – make it as easy to unsubscribe as you did to sign up in the first place) and a little incentive for staying on board.
