Forget for a moment that the uber-popular Gmail uses a similar set-up for its email program. Look at the screencap to the left and tell me, where is the “Forward” button? Why did it take me more than 2 seconds to find it?
See the image below for its hiding space. WHY?! How does this make any sense for the user? Maybe I’m crazy here (or just a stodgy old Outlook lover), but “reply” and “forward” are two wildly different options that don’t belong under the same menu. User experience, people. It’s kind of a big deal.
