The Anantomy Of A Good Thank You Email

StrikinglyHere’s an excellent thank you email sent immediately after signing up for Strikingly, a DIY website building service (click for an enlarged image). What I’m digging about it:

1) It’s sent from “David from Strikingly”, a person’s name not just the business’s.

2) First line – a thank you. Second line – a request for feedback because the customer is important.

3) It’s brief and to the point.

4) He closes by casually mentioning his goal to meet 100 customers in 2013. That’s cool and not something you see every day.
