“Don’t Worry”

Picture1Here’s how you assuage customer concern – add in a nice “Don’t worry….” message anywhere and everywhere you can, particularly in the confirmation message. Here’s an example from a PayPal dispute process I had to go through and it helped calm my anxiety during an already stressful experience.
